MasterCard Global Services Emergency Cash/Card Replacement

  • MasterCard Global Cardholder Services provides worldwide, 24-hour assistance with Lost and Stolen Card Reporting, Emergency Card Replacement, and Emergency Cash Advance. In the US and Canada, you can call (800) MASTERCARD immediately to report if your card is lost or stolen and to cancel the account. If you need to make purchases or arrange for a cash advance, with your issuer’s approval, you can receive a temporary card the next day in the United States and within two business days almost everyone else. Outside of US — toll-free numbers are provided in your Guide to Benefits.

Auto Rental Collision Damage Waiver

  • Pays for covered damages (physical damage and theft) to a rental vehiclewhen the eligible card is used to initiate and pay for the entire rental transaction. No cost to cardholders.

Roadside Assistance

  • Master RoadAssist® will arrange emergency roadside assistance service in the United States and District of Columbia. Includes jump-starts, towing, gas delivery, and tire changes. Many prices (including jump starts, towing, gas delivery, and tire changes) are prenegotiated, and fees are billed automatically to the customer’s card.

ID Theft Resolution Services

  • ID Theft Resolution provides cardholders with access to a number of services including credit bureau notification, an ID Theft Affidavit, credit and charge card replacement, educational materials on how to avoid further occurrences, and an ID Theft Resolution Kit. No cost to cardholders.

WorldWide Travel Accident Insurance

  • Travel Accident Insurance provides accidental death and dismemberment insurance when common carrier tickets are purchased with an eligible card. $500,000 limit for World Elite cardholders.

Trip Cancellation / Interruption Insurance

  • Trip Cancellation Insurance protects the cardholder against forfeited, non-refundable, unused payments and deposits if a trip is interrupted or discontinued for covered reasons up to $1,500. No cost to cardholders.

Lost/Damaged Luggage Coverage

  • Reimburses cardholders when the baggage they have checked or carried on to a common carrier is lost in transit. No cost to cardholders.

Price Protection

  • Should cardholders find a lower price for a new item they purchased with their card, they may be eligible for reimbursement of the price difference. No cost to cardholders.

Purchase Assurance

  • Provides protection for eligible items purchased with the eligible MasterCard card in the event an item is damaged or stolen within 90 days of purchase. No cost to cardholders.

Extended Warranty

  • Doubles the original manufacturer’s warranty time period and duplicates the coverage of most items purchased with the eligible MasterCard card, for up to one year. No cost to cardmembers.

Global Premium Connection

  • Cardholders receive value-added offers from high-end merchant partners and service providers designed specifically for the affluent cardholder.
